Millions of Indians have begun voting in four states seen as barometers of support for the ruling Congress party ahead of a general election due by May 2009. India is a country where the criminal laws are very relaxed. Only political gains and money power alone matter. Police and CBI are under the control of politicians. Politicians like to divide people based on caste and increase vote count.
