#4 Online Application contains two forms 1.Personal Details 2.Educational Details. Experience. Fill 0 if course not completed.
#5 Print out of the application submitted online #6 Paste photo.
#7 Sign the application form.
#8 Take copies of mark lists and certificates to prove qualification and age.
#9 Self attest the copies.
#10 Visit Bank Take a Demand Draft of Rs.250 (Crossed Account Payee) favoring SOUTH INDIAN BANK,payable at Thrissur(Trichur),Kerala State. DD of Rs.250 for General Category.
#11 Write USERID and Fullname behind the DD
#12 Write "Application for the post of clerks-Kerala and Tamilnadu". in the envelope.
Send as postal mail to ( 28 Nov 2009 is last date . You should send on atleast 23 or 24 Nov 2009)
