Infrared CCTV Cameras at 16 place in between a 28 km route ( 32 minutes ). It will be active for 24 hours shortly.
A sample stats by Manorama Paper says. in 1 hour 135 vehicles were found violating rules. (92 for overspeed, 43 vehicles for red signal vioaltion ). The images of number plated will be send to Kakkanad Control Room via internet.
Rs.1000 is fine for first violation and license cancellation for next.
