Kerala College Campuses are Real Estate Goldmines

The Arts and Science Colleges need to have only a minimum of 5 acres. Government has agreed to the UGC decision. This means real estate gold mines are up for grabs to build shopping complexes and multiplexes near colleges.

Have a look at some of the campuses . The college managements has really hit a jackpot . Some colleges have even 50 acres campuses.
