Get Google Hangout messages as SMS in Mobile

Add your phone number to receive your conversation messages as SMS, when you don't use Hangouts elsewhere. To enable this option.
1. Visit Google Account settings.
2.Click Edit Settings.
3. Give your phone number and validate the number by putting the secure code you receive
4. Tick the option "When I am idle, send messages to my phone as SMS."
