BroadBand Wireless Access in India to have Voice Service
"India will allow wireless broadband airwave holders to provide voice services if they pay an additional $306 million, a senior government official said on Monday, a move likely to boost billionaire Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries Ltd." reports Reuters.
The problem is a person who has a broadband Wi-Fi could use softwares like skype, viber , wechat to make calls. There is absolutely no need to get a voice plan as in Voice over LTE. If Reliance Industries pay a fees of 16.58 billion rupees, then it will have a hard time to get that money back.
